Global Return Policy


We offer returns only for defective or damaged products. Returns for reasons other than quality issues are not accepted globally due to the affordability of our items. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. To process a return for quality issues, you must provide a video and other supporting evidence.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period


If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification, as per EU regulations. To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs, including the shipping fee we incurred when sending the item, will be borne by the customer. Proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges


Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
